12-HOUR SANITATION COURSE 2019 SCHEDULE:
MARCH 20TH 3PM-9PM + MARCH 21ST 3PM-9PM
APRIL 7TH NOON-6PM + APRIL 8TH NOON-6PM
APRIL 21ST NOON-6PM + APRIL 22ND NOON-6PM (Rescheduled)
No Classes in MAY
(a) A student who is enrolled in a course of manicuring must complete a curriculum that consists of at least 12 hours of instruction or training that includes the following subjects for the minimum number of hours specified:
(1) bacteria: one hour;
(2) infectious agents and infection: two hours;
(3) sanitation: three hours;
(4) harmful products and protection: two hours;
(5) anatomy and physiology: two hours;
(6) nail disorders: two hours.
(b) The curriculum set out in (a) of this section shall be taught from a board approved textbook.
