Do you service or remove acrylic or hard gels?
Removing artificial nail extensions is something we pride ourselves on book a Remove and Rehab appointment for the most gentle removal you have ever experienced! Currently, we do not service acrylic or sculpting gels as part of our regular menu. LCN Boost with shellac is an excellent option for those who are looking to switch over their product. Please call us to discuss how we can assist your specific need.
Can I host an event at the Nail Studio?
We do host private events! Please email us at email@example.com to speak to the general manager to discuss your event.
I want to come with a group of friends. How do I book?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to book manicures for parties of four or more.
What if I'm late?
We understand things occasionally come up. With this in mind, we'll hold your appointment for 15 minutes. Should you arrive later than that, we may not be able to accommodate you (so as not to inconvenience other guests), or we may offer you the option of a faster service, for example a manicure without design or a polish change.
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice should you need to cancel. We understand, however, that things sometimes come up so should you need to change your appointment with less notice, please call or email us as soon as possible.
At this time, we do not hold credit card information for appointments for individual guests or parties of two. We've adopted this with you in mind as it allows for easier, faster booking. For parties of three or more, we require credit card information to hold appointments. Should you need to cancel or change your plans, simply let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time. Groups of three or more who cancel without notice or fail to show will be charged 50% of the full price of services originally scheduled.
