THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE STUDIO BEFORE YOU BOOK
Please communicate with your manicurist about exactly what you want at the start of the service, and during your service. We will do our best to fix things, change shapes or lengths, change colors, or anything else if we know while we are sitting with you! We are a flexible team and can adjust our services and techniques to best make you happy! Just let us know!
1. Having any trouble booking online or not sure what to book? Call us or text us! We will be happy to help you out!
2. Do you love the nail designs on our Instagram and Facebook page? Please book "SIMPLE CHIC NAIL DESIGNS" with your manicure service to allow the time for your art!
3. Gel Polish removals need adequate professional attention and every brand of product combined with various techniques results in a wide variety of situations with products from other salons. At ROSE HIP all of our manicurists train together and use the same products so that the product can be consistently gently removed in less than 15 minutes, and therefore we include that in our service times. However if you have gel polish from another salon it often will take an additional 30 minutes to remove properly and therefore needs additional time booked. So if you have mystery gel polish please book the additional service "REMOVAL OF NON-ROSE HIP GEL POLISH" with your manicure.
We do not provide any services for extending the length of your nails with acrylics, dips, or hard gels.
However removing artificial nail extensions is something we pride ourselves on! Book a "REMOVE AND REHAB" appointment for the most gentle removal you have ever experienced! Then we will build a plan for your nails to repair them and grow them to the length you want!
The Studio is a great place to host a party!
We do host private events such as birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and office parties! Please email us at email@example.com to discuss your event.
I want to come with a group of friends. How do I book?
What if I'm late?
We understand things occasionally come up. With this in mind, we'll hold your appointment for 15 minutes. Should you arrive later than that, we may not be able to accommodate you (so as not to inconvenience other guests), or we may offer you the option of a faster service, for example a manicure without design or a polish change.
Your time is valuable. For this reason, ROSE HIP Nail Studio has chosen to be an appointment based business so that we may guarantee you prompt service at the time you have booked. Within this appointment based system, late cancellations and no shows adversely affect other clients as well as our hard working gratuity-based staff. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, we require credit card information to hold all bookings.
Cancellations are requested to be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling, texting, or emailing. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, and no-shows will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee per service missed.
If a client is late for an appointment, we reserve the right to shorten the service as necessary to respect the next booked client, but if more than 15 minutes late, we must consider the appointment a no show.
